Dr. Christopher Rosenbrier 
(Clinical Psychologist)

Chris is a Clinical Psychologist currently working in the specialism of Forensic Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services for the NHS. Alongside this post, he also works as a Senior Lecturer in Clinical Psychology at Teesside University. Chris completed his BSc in Psychology at the University of Sunderland in 2012 and gained a MSc in Forensic Psychology at Teesside University in 2013. Chris was awarded his Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Teesside University in 2020 and is currently registered with the Health & Care Professions Council as a Practitioner Psychologist (ID: PYL38688).

With over 10 years experience working within the field of mental health for the NHS, Chris has worked within secure hospitals, community mental health teams, and across all age groups. Chris is therefore highly experienced in working with a wide variety of complex clinical presentations across the life span and is due to complete his formal accreditation in Schema Therapy this year. Chris is experienced in utilising a multitude of therapeutic approaches and models in order to meet clients individual needs.

 

Chris is also a published research author and has presented at a number of International conferences. As part of his work, Chris provides teaching at a post graduate level and has delivered training to a wide range of professionals / audiences on various subject matters.
Chris regularly provides psychological consultation and advice indirectly for multiple agencies.
